  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is faulty or not as described.

  5. Refund or Exchange: You can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price or exchange the item for another product of equal value.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be inspected, and if it is indeed found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item and ship the item to the address provided with you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
